Has anyone seen this behavior where the no data is visible when selecting remove access in record producer 1,2 or manage access or isc_request page in ISC catalog connector?
It works when I connect the setup page to ISC sandbox. But I connect the setup page to ISC Prod, access profiles and roles does not shows up and provide the error message No results found! Please refine search!
You might want to add ‘ServiceNow’ to your title so it’s clear the post isn’t about ISC side issue and you would target the right audience to providing their thoughts.
