Unable to fetch shareMailbox in Azure AD

Added sharedMailbox in accountschema

Type: String
Multivalues:yes
Entitlement : Yes
But still unable to aggregate sharedMailbox. Also enabled Exchange Online.
Please advise

Make sure the you also have configured the IQ Service Server and connected to this source.
