Hello,
I’m encountering the following error on all application servers running IIQ 8.3p2:

server03 - 2025-02-19T11:14:03,721 ERROR ServerThread sailpoint.server.Servicer:1059 - Unable to execute service: Cache

I’ve already tried restarting Tomcat, but the issue persists.
Has anyone faced this issue before? Any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Hi @acrst,

we had the same error on those days about some process. Effectly we dont understand the cause, we have some dubts on the server configuration, on the flags of configuration of each server.

Try to re-set each flag and save the configuration, but I am not this is the solution.

Otherwise we have delete and recreate some objects.

Hello Emanuele, we quite solved, i guess, i hope ( :smile: ). Probably, or seem was in our case, was related to some malformed bundles. Hope it helps!

the same, we have deleted all the bundles and recreated it.
