We want to remove the sign off prompt popup. I know there is a parameter in the certification definition called ‘prompt for sign off’ which can automatically show the sign off popup, but we want to stop it completely from showing up - has anyone been able to stop this?

Hi @karena

Signoff in certifications acts as final confirmation before you submit the access review. This allows certifier to save the decisions which they made on access review. You cannot completely remove Signoff feature from Access reviews. However, you can restrict the prompt by selecting this option in certification.

Yes I’m aware of that parameter, I unticked it thinking it wouldn’t do the popup but it makes the UX a bit worse in that users have to click a ‘sign off decisions’ button then action that popup button.

So your saying there is no way to completely remove the popup and just have the single ‘sign off decisions’ button that is along the bottom of the certification?

Hi @karena , I don’t think that you can completely remove the Sign off button until you try to customize the xhtml page and scripts .

Yes, you cannot remove the option completely as it’s product feature.
