Report “To Do Tasks” located in dashboard page is not updating. we have around 20,000 tasks most of them are finished and around 400 pending tasks. This is visible when downloaded the csv report. pending tasks can also be reason to no new task generated, it is one of the reason might be.
rather a search query to get tasks you can use api call
