We are trying to do test connection for a web service connector, but we are getting timout error.
We have tried increasing connection timeout, but the issue is still there.
Can someone suggest something related to this ?
This could be a network error, did you manage to make the same request from the VA?
@UjjwalJain try to teste the connection using the VA with the Toolbox, of course if you are using teh classic Web Services connector not the SaaS.
try to also run a traceroute , that way you can know where the drop is.
