The AD application custom schema attributes and provisioning policies were removed. What are the possibilities for this issue, and how can we trace them? Could you please help me figure out the root cause?

Can you please explain the issue in more details. Are you using any build process for deployment or everything is manual.

That’s typically a hibernate issue that can happen. Application objects are cached and can get in odd states.

If you have another application open in the same browser session and attempt to save data into this application, a conflict may occur. I have observed this issue within the application. To avoid this, please ensure only one application is open at a time and save your work in one application before opening or saving data into another.
