Hi all,

I’m performing an SSB deployment for SailPoint IdentityIQ (v8.3p5). During the import step, when running the command:

.\build import-custom

the process calls sp.init-custom.xml and begins importing all custom XML artifacts.
However, when it reaches the custom/JasperTemplate/ directory, the import fails with the error. I’ve attached:

  • The error screenshot, and

  • The XML file (AccountGridReport.xml) that triggers the failure.

Can anyone please help me identify the root cause and the correct way to import JasperTemplate in SSB?
Any guidance or working examples would be greatly appreciated.

Please use below:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

  • Replace everything from the top of your file up to the first tag with the above.
