Which IIQ version: 8.4p3

Looking for guidance on solution to using CyberArk Credential Provider Agent installed on RHEL to cycle internal SailPoint user accounts such as SPADMIN. Is there a solution for this or other Local Accounts not tied to Target Applications ?
