Credential Cycling with dynamic password rotation using CyberArk

Hi All, We have integrated CyberArk with SailPoint and implemented credential cycling with static password which works fine. We started POC on credential cycling with password rotation dynamically, But when we reset the password in CyberArk, it takes more than 10-15 minutes to update/retrieve the password to SailPoint servers for Active directory application. If any one implemented this kind of integration, please help us with the resolution for this issue.

This might be due to AD DC synchronization lag. I would recommend setting a preferred DC on all of your connections. I don’t know how to do this on CyberArk but in the AD connector you can provide a list of DCs and have the preferred server first in the list.
