Hi Experts, I have a general deployment related query, of moving artifacts from sandbox to production through sp-config APIs. When exporting a source or rule (or other objects), a JSON file is acquired which contains created, modified and a ton of IDs (like source ID, schema ID, Identity ID, etc.)…

We don’t remove anything from the JSON, but we do update it based on the following: If it’s a net new create - We leave the ID alone and only update the object name If it’s a reference to an existing object already migrated - We update both the ID and object name to the new values

The IDs should be ignored according to this older post, so you shouldn’t need to manually remove them.
