I’ve been experimenting with the Access Request process in IDN, and I found that when requesting an entitlement for a given source, when the item goes to the approver, the name of the source is not included in the approval.
Are there configurations to control what information is presented to approvers? The ‘Identity’ tab also lacks any information an approver might need.
I would say our practical needs would be to include at the minimum:
Entitlement Name
Entitlement SourceName
Entitlement Description
Either Identity attributes (requestee), or a link to the Identity
Is there a way to add this data to the approval?
