Hi all,
Have someone ever tested the soft-delete functionality between ISC and SAP GRC ?
We need this functionality because one of the SAP GRC systems is using as unique identifier a custom attribute built by IAM team. And there is the request to keep this uid during a Mover process, when the user moves from one employee number in a company to another employee number in another company.
In such cases we want to soft-delete the old entry in that SAP GRC system and just create a new one.
Soft-delete is different then just disablement. If you have played with it, how did you do it ? Based on LCS state would be ideal, but in the Identity Profiles → Provisioning I can just select the Disable operation, which is not what I want.
do you know what it mean for a record to be soft-deleted in SAP GRC? My guess is that you will have to use before provisioning rule.
Hello Sunny,
It means that the record will be hidden inside the system. SailPoint will not aggregate it, will not see it, but the record will just be available for reporting, auditing, whatever, by the SAP GRC team itself.
