Hi,

@edkmak my customer use rule “Services Standard Before Provisioning Rule” Services Standard Before Provisioning Rule - Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / ISC Discussion and Questions - SailPoint Developer Community.

Can you explain me the utility of this rule and Is recommended to customize it ?

This rule can be customized and new operations added.
Is important to follow the same logic and behaviour.
The purpose was to grab all the most common logics used in before provisioning rule in a “standard” rule that everybody can use without having to re-write code.

Do you know the limit of Azure AD/ entraID to manage removal of multiples entitlement that require using BeforeProvisioning rule ?

Azure is trick, because of Dirsync. Dynamic groups and other things. is possible but it depends on you scenario.
