Did you try to refresh the page and check ? I did try to create the ServiceDesk integration now and it is working fine

yes, I did, but the connection wasn’t created

Hi @Be11 , Can you change your connection from Saas to VA and check if it works ?

use this API to check if its actually created :

and to create:

{{baseUrl}}/service-desk-integrations

I’m wondering why the SaaS connector isn’t working. I was able to successfully create a SaaS connector source to our ServiceNow DEV instance, but the HelpDesk integration fails when using the SaaS connector.
