ServiceNow SD creation failed

Can you please show us your configuration? I’ve tested this in my own tenant and it appears to be working fine.

Did you try to refresh the page and check ? I did try to create the ServiceDesk integration now and it is working fine

Hi @Be11 , Can you change your connection from Saas to VA and check if it works ?

use this API to check if its actually created :

and to create:

{{baseUrl}}/service-desk-integrations

I’m wondering why the SaaS connector isn’t working. I was able to successfully create a SaaS connector source to our ServiceNow DEV instance, but the HelpDesk integration fails when using the SaaS connector.
