We are looking for a few things on the ServiceNow catalog integration 5.0

  1. Can we show the Privileged account details (available in Sailpoint) in ServiceNow (client using catalog integration v5.0 ) and We can see the Privileged account in SailPoint?
    2.Can we show the SailPoint Access Request ID, Access Request status, Approval status linked to the ServiceNow REQ in ServiceNow?
    3.Can we show the ServiceNow REQ details linked to the SailPoint Access Request in SailPoint?
  2. Is it possible to filter the ServiceNow catalog to hide access items that a user already possesses?
