The user selects more than one access profile and opens a REQ with all RITMs, but only the first RITM has an approval flow, all others are blank awaiting approval, but without a flow
Ok, there is a lot of background people here would need to properly troubleshoot this.
What version of the application are you running?
Did the subsequent RITMs actually generate a workflow context? You can find out by going into an RITM and clicking “Workflow Context” at the bottom under related links
If there were workflow contexts generated, what step have they stopped at?
