[Service Now catalog Sailpoint Plugin] REQ is opened in Service Now, but only the first RITM generates an approval flow

We have a error when we use the sailpoint service now catalog plugin.

REQ is opened in Service Now, but only the first RITM generates an approval flow

The user selects more than one access profile and opens a REQ with all RITMs, but only the first RITM has an approval flow, all others are blank awaiting approval, but without a flow

Hi @mcheek can you help with this problem? Its only applying 1 workflow over all RITMs, as you can see, only 1 RITM is going under the workflow

I dont know if u had this problem before, but its strange, if i see the Sailpoint Service Catalog in SNOW, its configured the right Workflow

Ok, there is a lot of background people here would need to properly troubleshoot this.

  1. What version of the application are you running?
  2. Did the subsequent RITMs actually generate a workflow context? You can find out by going into an RITM and clicking “Workflow Context” at the bottom under related links
  3. If there were workflow contexts generated, what step have they stopped at?

Our version is 3.2

The subsquent RITMs, only 1 had the Workflow Context

The workflow that had the Workflow Context complete with success
