Servicenow catalog connector requested items not flowing to sailpoint

Hi All,

We have installed and connected the service catalog with SailPoint ISC and we are also able to fetch the users ,roles, entitlements, and access profiles .
However, whenever we are making a request, it is not flowing to SailPoint for provisioning so according to this we think that there is some issue with the inbuild workflow of catalog

Has anyone faced such issue earlier

What approval rule are you using?

@mcheek we tried without approval as well but its not moving to SailPoint. Can you point me where error can be in ServiceNow side
