IDN doco suggests leaving the from and replyTo email fields blank will default to the email address registered under the branding page.
However when left, blank, our tenant seems to still be sending them from [email protected], and when the values for the fields are explicitly specified as the email registered on the branding page, we get a 403 forbidden error:
The OOTB email templates do not have this issue and are sent with the From address as set up in the branding zone.
Has anyone else faced a similar challenge? Is it a bug or is there more to the send email action than what’s in the doco.
