Good evening, is there any query to search whether someone has activated an email template or not?
Is questions, if email template is enabled or not ? By default all email templates are enabled
You can check email templates by navigating to Admin > Global > Email Templates .
You can also prevent IdentityNow from sending emails on a per-email-template basis by specifying any of the following keywords as the first word in the template’s Subject field:
- #stop
- no_send
- Stop
Ok about this question, I actually wanted to know who activated this template, I couldn’t find it in the search events, I wanted to know if there is a specific query for this?
You might be able to find it in audit activity in ISC using SYSTEM_CONFIG event type.
I tried modifying an email template and did a created:[now-30m TO now]
but nothing showed up in the results.
So probably it’s not getting logged in Search.
