I haven some issue, I need to get the entitlement description in EmailTemplates for that i need to debug the emailTemplates, can anyone helpme on that how to debug email Template.

This includes example on how to send test templates via rule (where you can e.g. add test values as input arguments in the rule).
You might also take some inspiration from here, getting displayName of entitlement (you need description, but the principle is the same).
