I recently worked with support to repair several issues with our VA’s as they related to JDBC sources. Now that we have all the JDBC sources functioning, our only SCIM 2.0 sources is now failing in production, despite working in dev. Does the attached screenshot point to a particular issue like certificates?
It looks like the SSL certificate which was presented by target application is not issued by any of the trusted CAs. I believe you have to create a ticket for Sailpoint support to upload trusted CA cert into your store.
Or if your app is using VA you have to load it there
You need to upload your root CA public certificate (pem file) and any intermediate (issuing) CA certificate into the certificates folder on your VAs. Then restart ccg service.
