From what I can find saved searches are private. The API won’t let you get a list of them, even if the API has keys that are being used are sp:scopes:all.
Use case, we are wanting to move saved searches from one individual to another. Is this possible without having to manually create them on the user through the UI?
If it isn’t possible, is the recommendation to have a “service account” to create scheduled searches?

Thank you for the post. I don’t think you can do this. In IdentityNow Saved searches are more of private for individual and cant be moved or deleted. The recommendation what we got from Sailpoint was to create all searches using Service Account who will never get disabled
