SAP Success Factors Custom PickList

Hi,

We have a Success Factors connected as our Authoritative Source, the customer maps a new custom_attribute on the Success side, we are able to populate this field in IDN using the Compound API path from Success, but this Field is mapped to a PickList value on Success and the Compound API only returns the External ID of the Field.

We tried do map the custom PickList on the Picklist ID Mapping tab on the Source, but no lucky, we actually have some questions on this configuration, what should I fill in the Picklist Configuration Name? In my understanding the Picklist ID is the ID of the pickList in Success.

Anyone was able to map a custom picklist? The behavior should be similar of the fields Employee Status and Employee Type that is a default PickList Mapping.

Thanks for the response, we actually follow the instructions on this document, but no lucky as well.

We manage to map the PickListID but we are not sure what to fill on the PickList Configuration Name
