We’ve been experiencing intermittent issues with full account aggregation for our authoritative source of type SAP HR/HCM. The aggregation goes down and comes back up frequently.
The error message displayed in the UI is quite generic (see screenshot below), and the ccg.log file at TRACE level doesn’t provide much more detail, only returning another generic message like "Couldn’t find message for key ‘ConnectorException’
I suspect that the issue might be caused by incorrect data for one of the users in the authoritative source.
Is there a way to further pinpoint the exact cause of this issue?
Did you find any solution for this? We are seeing something similar with a SuccessFactors custom web service connector. It just happened out of nowhere and I believe there was a global patch applied over the weekend for SAP.

Can you please remove jar or .so file and again upload it. Many time in my case I found that jar file is removing automatically in VA. Please check this once.
While the Expert Service is still attempting to find the root cause, the issue seems to be caused by one of the VA’s Java thread returning null unexpectedly.
There’s not tangible solution for the moment.
