We are having a situation where on terminating a GRC account, we are seeing that the account is being disabled, all the attributes are set correctly which are being set from a disable Provisioning policy, but the “Valid From” attribute is being set to current date instead of the date that is already present on the account! Any ideas or suggestions?
We are seeing the same occurrence as well - it seems like from the logs that we’re pulling is that SailPoint isn’t sending a change for the “Valid From” date and it’s actually SAP GRC itself adding that. We’re asking our SAP team to open a case with SAP on this so we can get further clarity.
