Hi Team,
We have a working connection with the SAP system using the SAP Direct connector. While we are able to pull in all the entitlements, we are not seeing the TCodes and Long Descriptions populated. The same are populated in SAP.
Have you see anything like that before and if so, did you find a resolution?

Can you check if the schema object type for Roles and child roles attribute in the Account schema is declared as Group.
Also, if you are trying to fetch TCodes assigned through Menu or Directly, you willl have to remove TCodes attribute. Group Attributes (sailpoint.com)
