SAP Direct connector - Adding a new entitlement removes the old one from the account

Hello everyone,

We are experiencing an issue with the SAP Direct connector. When we assign an entitlement, it is assigned correctly, but when we assign a new entitlement, instead of adding it to the account, the connector removes the old one and replaces it with the new one. Do you have any idea why we have this behavior?

Can you provide us the details if it has the remove entitlement passed activity? also, it can be because the entitlement attribute in the schema is not set as multivalued.

There is no remove entitlement passed activity.

I add an entitlement at 12:01 p.m. then I add another at 12:05 p.m. and the previous one was removed by the connector (or the SAP solution)

The schema account is correctly set as multivalued.

It looks like the right is removed by SAP directly and not removed by the connector.

I found the solution. The attribute “Roles Details” was missing in the account schema.
