Same sAMAccounName used inside multiple groups insode the same domain


Let me if you can help me find a way around this issue in SP IIQ…

When a user is created in an application called a TOC in Active Directory or reassigned to a
different TOC, the user is unable to be provisioned in both Statewide and
the TOC groups on the same domain controller. The TOC SAMAccountName has to
be identified differently from the Statewide SAMAccountName.

Is there a away around this issue using the same SAMAccountName for both groups? I had already spoken with SailPoint Support but they said it is already working as designed considering it is an OOTB software that has been installed.
