We have a couple of integrations with SalesForce from ISC. We often run into a problem where an account has become disabled due to lack of use in the endpoint. When someone requests new entitlements, the provisioning fails because the account is disabled.
It seems like this could be solved with a nice connectorAttribute on the SailPoint side because this is how SalesForce works. Something like “enableAccountBeforeAddingEntitlements: true” - but that’s obviously wishful thinking.
We don’t have any rule builders at our company. Has anyone out there created a rule like this who could help get us on our way to solving this issue for our two SalesForce connections?
