I am seeing the error below when attempting to submit a SailPoint AR through the ESC of the SNOW Integration. It works in DEV but not PROD. Managers can submit but non-managers can not. Would this be a perm issue for the SVC account? Any thoughts?
If you want users in the ServiceNow catalog integration to request access for users outside of themselves or their direct reports, those users must be assigned the role x_sap_intidn.onbehalfof
As far as your error goes, you need to ensure you have the user mapping correct, see steps 1 and 2 here
I’m not sure if they’ve fixed this yet, but I’ve seen in earlier versions if there are any differences in casing on either side, you will get that error.
For example, if the user_name field for a user in ServiceNow is MCheek and the attributes.uid field for an identity on the ISC side is mcheek, you will see that error.
Again, they may have fixed that by now but I’ve seen it before.
