We previously used a cloud network for SailPoint but recently migrated to on-premises. Before the migration, SSO was working as expected. Now, we’re experiencing an issue: when clicking on other tabs, sometimes it redirects correctly, but other times it logs out and prompts for login credentials instead of using SSO. Has anyone encountered this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

This can happen after migrating to on-premises due to differences in SSO configuration or session handling. I’d suggest checking the IdP/SP settings, session timeouts, and cookies. Also, ensure any reverse proxy or load balancer is passing the correct headers.
