SailPoint is sending same approval multiple times to SAP

Hello ISC Team,

SAP - Web service connector.

We are seeing a scenario where SailPoint Access requests with multiple SAP entitlements when approved in SailPoint is sending same approval multiple times to SAP.

For example, if the SailPoint Access Profile has 4 entitlements, entitlement-1, entitlement-2, entitlement-3 and entitlement-4 with 4 different approvers approver-1,approver-2,approver-3 and approver-4 or same approver for all 4 entitlements and is approved in SailPoint.

On the SAP side, they receive 4 approval requests on a normal approval process for 4 different approvers. However, we are seeing 4 approval requests for same entitlement for
Approver -1, 4 approval for approver-2, 4 approval for approver-3 and 4 approval for approver-4. Ideally SAP approvers should only receive 1 approval request each for their corresponding entitlements.
it is like for a request with 4 entitlement approval and it should send out to 4 approvers but instead it is sending 4 times 4
How do we resolve this ?

to add a point to above - SailPoint does not have any approvers/reviewers and approval process is on SAP source end.
