What exactly do you mean with provisiong broker and getting data from it with custom plugin?
On both ends this question is kind of ambigous. For example, just the phrase “to custom plugin” may mean lot of things because you can implement several different plugins with Sailpoint plugin framework - single page UI plugin, service, task executor, Javascript snippet etc. You should elaborate your use-case to get meaningful answers.
