I have been working on successfully integration IIQ with a custom connector to a web service known as USAccess. After a brief call with Patrick Daniels, he suggested I posted this issue here to get some potential troubleshooting ideas from fellow developers.
In the connector settings, we are receiving a successful Test Connection, the logs indicate it is indeed reaching out to the web service, but we seem to be running into an error in the process via the Account Aggregation Task.
Error Message: Exception during aggregation of Object Type account on Application USAccess. Reason: Unable to create iterator sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: An Exception occurred while preparing to call the QueryModifiedList endpoint. An Exception occurred while calling the SIP Client. An exception occurred while calling QueryModifiedList for SponsorOrgID: 8604. An error occurred when verifying security for the message.
Logs Information: 2022-04-05T14:39:54,930 ERROR QuartzScheduler_Worker-1 cdm.sailpoint.connector.USAccessConnector:712 - An exception occurred while calling QueryModifiedList for SponsorOrgID: 8604 org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: An error occurred when verifying security for the message.
