I don’t know how to do the customization in Sailpoint?

like I wrote in your past post, how you refering to?
In Sp, customization is a practice, a concept. You can use stardard connector, behavior or item of Sp or you can use yours or you can change the behavior of standar objects.
For example, you can change the joiner workflow, because the standard version not covered your necessity or you can deploy a plugin or change to logic for calculating an attribute. All of those fall within the concept of customization.
Also, if you referer to Customization rule into a connector, with this rule you can change the behavior or modify the accounts attributes during aggrergation.
PS When you open a post, It would be nice to give more information and have read the documentation
