Sailpoint Access Request comments not showing

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has been experiencing any issues with access requests comments not showing up for the approvers? It used to show but now it’s not showing in neither the email notification nor the pending access request.

Correct we observed the same since last week. We see the requesterComment in v3/access-request-status API, but it’s coming as “NULL” in v3/access-request-approvals.

Indeed, we are also experiencing this issue.

SailPoint resolved the issue, now Approvers are seeing the RequesterComments.
