Within the past couple of days the GUI on my tenant was updated. Is there a way to roll this back to the old UI? It was much easier to navigate through, not to mention that I could just click Admin and get a snapshot of what is going on. Now there is an extra click. That may not seem like a big deal, but it is annoying and is putting a sour taste in my mouth.
The older one was easier to navigate and had a much cleaner look since you did not have to pull up the entire Admin Site Map just to go to identities or sources.
No — SailPoint does not provide any mechanism to revert to a previous UI version in Identity Security Cloud.
SailPoint ISC is a SaaS platform, which means:
The UI is centrally managed.
Updates are rolled out globally.
Customers cannot choose or revert UI versions.
I just got it this week for my SB environment. I think it gives me a bit more space on the screen, but I don’t like how the admin dropdown is highly changed, and behaves different to before.
I think it will take some time to get used to but it will be nice in the end.
But it’s a bit annoying how only some parts are updated, and others are not (e.g. the source-configuration page). But that’s also ok, I’d rather the product underneath the UI is good than all UI is aligned hehe
With any SaaS subscription, control and manageability are not on your side. You’re led in whatever direction the product goes… But hey, no patching pains.
No, you cannot roll back to Old UI from the new one because of the below.
The UI Component is completely managed by SailPoint.
As its SAAS environment, the UI changes are not controlled by us.
As per SailPoint latest communication, this was planned by them where on 2nd Mar,2026, the new UI will be released on all sandbox instances for all customers and PROD go live will happen on 16th Mar,2026. Refer the below post from SailPoint Product Manager.
