Roles and Capabilities

Hi Team,
What is the difference between end user capabilities and the below 4 capabilities?.
We see that these 4 permissions listed below have the same capabilities of the End User. Is there any extra features that these below 4 roles offer?
Saas Managemant Admin
Saas Managemant Reader
Cloud Gov User
Cloud Gov Admin

Those 4 capabilities are for the users that would need additional capabilities for SailPoint’s additional SaaS products :

Below roles are only useful if we have SailPoint’s additional SaaS products? and on IDN tenant these are like END users ( no additional privilege’s on IDN tenant) right?

Correct Sailaja, if you are not using those products then applying these extra role should not give any extra privileges to end users. I would still recommend not using them at all.
