Rights to only see the tasks page

Hi all,

I want to give a user the rights to only see the tasks page. They shouldn’t be able to run any tasks.

What is the SPRight/Capability to assign?

Thanks in advance

Hi @rishavghoshacc,

Please try the “ReadTaskResults” SPRight.

Follow below also a documentation that may help you.

Hope it helps.

@kevisoliveira Is there a capability/spright that only gives view access to scheduled task and task result tab?

I cant find such a capability

No, there is no such SPRight. There is one SPRight to view the TaskResult and another to run and edit the task and schedule tasks.

Hi @rishavghoshacc,

Not really.

In this case, the only option is to assign the ViewTaskManagement SPRight.

With this right alone, the user will be able to access the Admin Console but only the Tasks tab. They’ll be able to view the Active, Scheduled, and Completed tasks, strictly with read‑only access — no ability to run or schedule tasks.

Hope it helps.

Hello @rishavghoshacc I’m not sure which version of IIQ you are using, but in version 8.5 we can see the capability “Task Results Viewer” for task results only; it is not available for schedules.
