Refresh identity task is running too slow after the upgrade to 8.4

Refresh identity task is running so slow previously it takes 5 hours to run 35K users now it’s almost around 17 to 18 hours. Please help as how can i fix this issue as it’s causing delay in completing other aggregation task as well.

Hi @ayadav_12 - can you share the options you have checked for the task? Also did anything change when this occurred?

are you running the task with partitioning option enabled ?

Hi Manish,

Yes partitioned is enabled around 10 partitions we are using to run the identity refresh

Enable the trace logs and check if any failure is coming up in the logs.

Can you share the options you have selected?? and also, can you disable the options which is not required, It may be the cause for the refresh to run that long.

Can you also inspect if there is any configuration changes happened recently??
