Refresh Identity - create existing user account as new user retro actively

As a result of refresh identities task and native change detected from AD, existing contractor user accounts are getting triggered for new AD account creation. The error log for those users indicates the below message

ERROR RefreshWorker 5 sailpoint.object.LockInfo:448 - class sailpoint.object.Identity reached end of Refresh without lock

Requesting someone to assist me on this.

Thanks for your response.

From the below one, the issue is related to account deletion and my issue is related to account creation. Does changing the foregroundprovisioning value to false will help in my case? Also in my LC either true or false is not set, its just

@pravin_ranjan yes I saw, but the links are referring to account deletion and I am asking for account creation, so I am not sure changing the foreground provisioning value helps in my case.

Were you able to find a fix for this issue? Iā€™m facing a similar issue.

seems like create plan is getting again executed even though one is in progress , that could be multiple events are triggered .
