Hello, We are using IdentityIQ 8.2. In the scenario that Sailpoint Database is down in the middle of workflow, what’s the good practice to recover possible lost work? For example, we have a workflow to provision to two targets , when provision to one target is complete, the sailpoint db is down. As a result, the provision to the other target is not complete and the two targets are out of synchronization. The whole IIQ seems down at this point. What’s the good way to remember the incomplete provision and provision to the other target at a later time? Thank you!
