Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?
8.4
I’m working on RSL and I am find that the threshold (set to 5) doesn’t seem to do anything. The documentation says:
‘If the processing threshold is triggered, the task result will include a notification that the task has failed, and a localized message provides feedback.’
Which I find vague. What exactly happens? Where is the notification sent? Who sees the localized message? What if the threshold is hit when a person is terminated via a task?
Hi @AJGibson76 - Are you using Fixed or percentage?
Typically you will get the Identity Refresh task failure. The result will show something like this:
The Process Events setting in the Refresh task is what triggers the evaluation of the threshold.
We are using ‘fixed’ thresholds. We got that message in the past, but not now. I’m wondering if it might be how our testers are terminating people. What exactly is the threshold in proportion to? I mean, if I have a threshold of 100, is that 100 per day or something else?
