Provisioning Policy Logs are not getting displayed

Hello, I have updated a DISABLE Provisioning Policy in Test environment and I get the logs displayed for it as per the policy.

Below are the logs (Request/Response) for Test environment,

  • The same policy is updated in Production environment, but I do not get the logs displayed as required.

Kindly provide resolution for this.

Hi @PramodS , Welcome to developer community.

Can you help to compare /home/sailpoint/ccg/log4j2.properties on your production and Test environment VAs. Can look for below properties for comparison:

logger.connector.name = sailpoint.connector.ADLDAPConnector
logger.connector.level = debug
logger.connector.additivity = false
logger.connector.appenderRef.rolling.ref = STDOUT
