With this new release version, we are pleased announced the new features and capabilities of Password Interceptor for Microsoft Active Directory.
What you need do ?
If you are using earlier versions of Password Interceptor for Microsoft Active Directory, you must update to the latest Password Interceptor for Microsoft Active Directory Version 24.0.0 in order to address this change. You must update the Source Identifier during the upgrade process. For more information on steps for upgrade, see Upgrading Password Interceptor for Microsoft Active Directory.
New Features and Capabilities
With this new release of Microsoft Active Directory Password Interceptor version 24.0.0, you will get the following new features and enhanced capabilities of Password Interceptor-
Active Directory Password Interceptor will now successfully intercept and process all passwords during bulk password change request. This capability also includes management of frequent bulk change password changes.
Active Directory password interceptor now retries the intercepted password after processing other passwords in queue.
Improvisation on exceptions for better user experience and troubleshooting issues

With this release of Active Directory Password Interceptor version 24.0.0, SailPoint announces deprecation of Active Directory Password Interceptor versions 21.0.0 and 20.0.0. However, SailPoint provides support in case of any issue or concern during the upgrade from the deprecated versions 21.0.0 and 20.0.0.

Will a new version of the Interceptor come out in the coming months? Reason I ask is I noticed it makes a cc API call and since you need to restart all your DCs it would be nice to recommend to hold off on adopting it if a update is coming soon.
Also, noticed the code signing cert was long expired.
@dinesh_mishra yes, what I’m saying is for those just following the AD connector documentation the link is outdated and the v21 page has no v24 link in it.
In short perhaps they can update the documentation.SailPoint.com reference. It would be nice if that could just get moved into the documentation section versus just on compass to have some consistency.
Hi @dinesh_mishra - The installer link no longer works and gives a 404. Where can we get the installer from? Our client that uses ISC needs to install the agent on several AD DCs.

Hi @sjagirdar1580, installer can’t be attached/shared here. Also, as you mentioned in the message to me that you are not part of any Organization who has an active contract with SailPoint; then there should be an active contract with SailPoint and then only you should download these components. If there is any concern, you should reached out to our Sales or support team. Thanks!
