Parse custom headers in the SCIM Response in the after provisioning rule

I want to parse the SCIM response and read the custom header.

Use case : After failing the provisioning request from underlying SCIM server . The server returns failure response along with some custom headers (Correlation Id )
In after provisioning rule , i want to parse the response header and create a helix ticket for the support team . The helix ticket needs the correlation id from response hence i have to parse the response header to fetch the correlation id.
Is this possible in the sailpoint to parse the response heder.
