Oracle ERP Cloud - Revoke Access Error - Seaspray Error

Hi All,

We’ve encountered an error when deprovisioning access on the OOTB Oracle ERP Cloud connector in ISC.

Upon creating the connector & granting the service account appropriate permissions to provision/deprovision within the application, when we 1) directly revoke an identity’s access to entitlement 2) revoke access as per certification, we receive the error message:

An unexpected error occurred: Invalid method reference: $identity.getAttribute() - seaspray[line 1, column 15]

We did not apply any transforms or rules to this connector and are leveraging the OOTB source configuration.

Looking for some guidance on why and what this error means. Thanks!

Hi Nathan,

If you run a full account aggregation, does the user account persist on the identity? Also, does the user already have an Oracle Employee/Worker recorrd?

Thanks,

Margo

Hi Margo,

Yes, when I run a full account aggregation/unoptimized aggregation on the source, the account still persists on the identity. The user has a native oracle ID in both SailPoint and in Oracle.

This time around, I performed an unoptimized aggregation against the source & upon revoking entitlements via certifications & directly on the identity - this worked fine.

I’m still unsure as to why this error appeared initially, however looks like its now working.

Thank you for your response!

Regards,

Nathan
