Hi Experts,

we have Oracle EBS create account working fine from Sailpoint ISC, But now we have a requirement to add a user record to an other employee record table before we create the user account in Oracle EBS.

I’m thinking to use workflow trigger [Provisioning Completed] to invoke the access request to add user record in to employee record table.

But I’m wondering if there is an other approach to create user in employee record table before we create user account in Oracle EBS.

@chandramohan27 check if before /after provisioning rule support then you can do it from there
else workflow approach you can take
