We recently upgraded from IIQ 8.2 P2 to IIQ 8.3 P3 and after the upgrade we started seeing the error message “The Bearer token is expired.” under Advanced Analytics (syslog) for all our connections under OAuth Client Management. We verified and even reset the Secret then reconfigured the connector, but we still receive this error. Any ideas what might be causing this error?
After you have reset the secret, the latest secret is shared with the oauth client or not ?
ask the team who is using the client id check whether they are using the correct id and secret that you have provided. just wondering if they are using the old secret.
Another bit of information, in Audit we are seeing loginFailure consistently but the other apps utilizing OAuth are still working. What would cause a loginFailure event but the data is still being pulled?
